IU’s midnight snack/baby food recipe~
Ingredients: Potato, milk, cheese slices, salt, butter
1. Spread butter on saucepan and fry chopped up potatoes.
2. Add a good amount of milk to the fried potatoes and let it boil.
3. When the mixture is simmering, add the cheese slices and stir well.
4. Lastly, add salt to taste.
Dish can be served alone or as a dip for crackers.
Note: High in calories, do not eat too often if you shd be watching your weight ^^
